CANCELLATION & RETURN
All Products must be returned in unused, unworn and un-ridden condition.
In the event You receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, You are required to get in touch with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the order, through any of the below mentioned channels:

Upon receiving Your complaint, Moto Republic shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Moto Republic is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Moto Republic will process your request for a replacement. However, in the event of frivolous and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, Moto Republic reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against You and You will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Moto Republic in this regard.
Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered. If You observe that the package is damaged or tampered, request You to refuse to accept delivery and inform Moto Republic at the earliest. Moto Republic depending on the nature and category of the product may restrict the return process of the product.

Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Moto Republic will assist customers with their warranty; however Moto Republic does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold.
In order to return any products sold through the Website, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions, viz:
Please notify Moto Republic of the receipt of a damaged/ defective product/service within 48-hours of delivery to You. If You are unable to do so within 48-hours, Moto Republic shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order;
Products should be unused. Any merchandise or parts, which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received, cannot be returned.
If You are not 100% satisfied with the product and wish to replace/return the product, then You are required to inform Moto Republic at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of purchase with the proof of purchase made. We will offer exchange of item along with applicable shipping charges to be borne by You. In case of request of return, we will provide refund only after deducting shipping charges and 5% administration fee applicable on total return order value. We will provide refund using the same mode of payment through which You originally made the payment.
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc. to the following address within 48 Hours of delivery.
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit;
The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Moto Republic in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return. The same will be communicated to You through an email within 15 working days.
Refund will be processed within 15-21 working days after Moto Republic confirms/accepts the request for refund.
If the product can be repaired by the service centre, Moto Republic would get the same repaired and send it back to You.
A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by customer or Moto Republic
All products bought at a discount, annual sale, flash sale and/or at low price below MRP, will not be eligible to return or for warranty claim of the product/s that You have purchased from motorepublic.in.

Please retain your return tracking information. Moto Republic is not responsible for any packages lost during return shipment. You will receive a confirmation email from Moto Republic when your return is processed.
Cancellation by Moto Republic: There may be certain orders that Moto Republic might not be able to accept and hence must be cancelled. Moto Republic at its own discretion can refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some reasons for cancellation of order include, but not limited to, non-availability of products ordered by You, errors in pricing information, non-availability of services, or issues identified as fraud or misrepresentation. Moto Republic will contact You if all or part of Your order is cancelled or if any more information is required to process your order. If Your credit card has been charged before cancelling of order then Moto Republic will reverse the amount back to Your card account. Any promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of any cancellation arising by Moto Republic or by You.
Cancellation by User: In case of requests received for order cancellation, Moto Republic reserves the right to accept or reject the request for cancellation.
